"Nancy and her wonderful resources helped me survive my twin pregnancy! Attending weekly swim class helped my body relax and I loved feeling the babies kick while in the water. I learned safe ways to move my body. I decided to purchase a third trimester package of in home PT. This also saved me and I learned ways to ease my back and shoulder pains. What I appreciated most is real world teachings. Nancy asked what daily motions hurt the most (like getting out of bed, driving, etc) and would come and observe me doing those behaviors. She was able to offer targeted advice! I’ve continued working with her as I’m recovering from a C-section. Her expertise is phenomenal! Thank you Nancy!!"

“Every week since entering 2nd trimester (after most nausea subsided) I have thoroughly enjoyed swimming through Prenatal PT with Nancy of Nest PT! It has improved my flexibility, strength and mood. It's also been great to build community with other mamas who attend. At the end of each class she has a topic with handout related to pregnancy or post-partum consciousness. My favorite class is Tuesdays at 4:15pm and one day I'd like to make it to the 8:30am Friday one. Thanks for all your guidance thus far Nancy!”

I am beyond thankful to have had Nancy's help after I gave birth to my son this past August! As a 42 year old woman who has had prior experience with diastasis recti, I was convinced that I was beyond help - boy was I wrong! Nancy showed me that with the proper progression of exercises, I could reactivate my muscles and see progress in a very short time. I feel empowered and more confident, and feel more like myself again. Nancy is kind, compassionate, understanding, and professional, and made me feel at ease even when sharing uncomfortable or embarrassing issues with her - I got the impression that she'd heard it all. She has a wealth of knowledge beyond pre/post-pregnancy issues, even sharing several exercises and stretches to help with other problem areas I was experiencing. I HIGHLY recommend this fabulous Clinician, and am surprised that more OBGYN's are not pushing women to see PT's to help us along our female and motherhood journey's!
