Together, we will create your personalized treatment plan based on your specific goals. Treatment may include a combination of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, dry needling, wellness coaching, and more.

Virtual Physical Therapy
Your treatment plan or daily circumstances may call for virtual sessions. I offer virtual physical therapy in 30 minute sessions via phone or secure video conference. These convenient sessions will review your progress, answer your questions and maintain your momentum toward achieving your goals.
